A solid sterling silver fork for serving meat in Burgundy Pattern. Pierced paddle with figural four tines. Decorated with scrolls and flowers on both sides. Marked to the rear: “Sterling” for. 925/1000 silver purity; “Reed & Barton” for manufacturers. Made by Reed and Barton in Taunton, Mass. 1949 Pictures will tell you more. Paddle w/Tines (crosswise): 3-1/2in. Weight: 4.05 troy oz. Heavy for it size. Spots you are seeing on the photos, are reflections of a camera and other objects.
