Item bears an older mark, Eagle R Lion so dates from 1899. This measures about 11 long. No monogram on this item. It is Hallmarked on the back. This is from my private local client who is downsizing. Older item has been used. I don’t see any dents or dings, it will need to be cleaned and polished and does show topical scratches.
